All-Sky Monitoring system

This paper deals with design of wide-field all-sky monitor system for night sky monitoring. It will be an auxiliary unit for a robotic telescope and will independently decide whether the weather conditions are suitable for night sky monitoring with this telescope. All Sky monitor will send instruction data to control the telescope and observatory dome. It is necessary to accurate determine whether there are suitable weather conditions. Core of the problem solution is based on determining of suitable weather conditions which consists in monitoring and counting number of visible stars with their following evaluation towards reference. During poor weather conditions system can not detect enough stellar objects and there are not therefore suitable conditions for using telescope.
