RTS2 - an open source observatory control system, ready for the prime time?

I would like to report on current progress of the Remote Telescope System, 2nd version (RTS2) development - its current installations on mid aperture telescopes, integration of the human-in-the-loop scheduling which provides human observer graphical user interface to enter targets into meta-queues, and various other issues. System advanced scripting capabilities will be explained, new XML based constraint specification covered, as well as ideas for upcoming advanced autonomous scheduling capabilities.
