Measurement of deformations induced by piexo actuators on a mirror panel

We report about the measurement of the deformations induced by piezo actuators in a square array on a flat glass, representative of future X-ray adjustable optics. The influence function is measured and the results are compared with the predictions by finite elements modeling.
