» Back-Up Technologies for IXO

Recent progress in advanced back-up technologies for IXO X-ray optics (with the emphasis of efforts of Czech consortium) will be presented and discussed. These technologies include improvements of Si wafer based X-ray optics and of glass thermal forming.
